The Home Office has made new proposals to ensure tourists in the UK follow their visa conditions.

The propsals include changing the length of time a tourist can stay in the UK. This would be changed from 6 months to 3 months.

Special visas could be created for people coming to the UK for one-off events, such as the Olympics.
